As a food science expert with a background in dairy production and animal husbandry, I can tell you that while it is theoretically possible to obtain milk from a pig, it is not a common practice and therefore pig's milk is not typically consumed. Pigs, unlike cows, are not well-suited for milking due to their anatomy and behavior. Additionally, the nutritional content and safety of pig's milk for human consumption are not well-studied, and there may be health risks associated with consuming it.

Although pigs' milk is high in fat (around 8.5% compared to cows milk at 3.9%) and is an excellent source of nutrients, sows are very difficult to milk. They have around 14 teats compared to a cow's four, and they don't take very kindly to having them touched by humans.
