As a subject matter expert in comic book lore and the fictional universes they represent, I can provide an analysis of the interaction between Magneto and Vibranium, two elements from the Marvel Comics universe.
Magneto, also known as Erik Lehnsherr, is a powerful mutant with the ability to control and manipulate magnetic fields. This includes the power to manipulate metals that are ferromagnetic, such as iron, nickel, and cobalt.
Vibranium, on the other hand, is a rare and highly advanced alien metal that is not ferromagnetic. It has unique properties that allow it to absorb energy and vibrate at different frequencies, which grants it the ability to phase through solid objects, absorb energy, and even dampen sound.
Given Magneto's powers are specifically tied to magnetic fields and Vibranium does not respond to magnetic forces in the same way that ferromagnetic metals do, it is generally accepted that Magneto would not be able to control Vibranium with his powers. His abilities are limited to materials that are affected by magnetism, and Vibranium's unique properties place it outside of that category.

It is known to be used by the Celestials as a component in their armor. Magneto is able to use his magnetic powers to affect adamantium which is thousands of time more difficult to manipulate once it has been set into a particular form. Vibranium has no such rigidity or claims of durability.
