As a subject matter expert in comic book lore and character abilities, I can tell you that Deadpool, a character from the Marvel Comics universe, is known for his incredible regenerative abilities. These abilities not only allow him to heal from virtually any wound but also to survive conditions that would be fatal to most other characters.
Deadpool's healing factor is so powerful that it can regenerate severed limbs, cure diseases, and even bring him back from the dead. This means that traditional methods of killing, including drowning, are ineffective against him. Even if Deadpool were to drown, his healing factor would likely kick in and restore his body to a functional state.
However, it's important to note that while Deadpool's healing factor is a significant aspect of his character, the extent of its capabilities can vary depending on the storyline and the creative team behind the comics. There are instances where his powers have been temporarily suppressed or altered, which could theoretically make him vulnerable to drowning under specific circumstances.
In summary, under normal circumstances, drowning Deadpool would not be a feasible method to incapacitate or kill him due to his extraordinary healing abilities.

I think you can drown Deadpool. As long as he has no deal with death like Thanos, or Jason Vorhees, he can die. He has a healing factor that allows him to recover from injury faster than normal humans. But it won't help with no air and water in his lungs.
