As a subject matter expert in comic book lore and the fictional universe of Marvel Comics, I can provide an analysis of Wolverine's abilities and his potential to survive a nuclear bomb.
Wolverine, a popular character in the Marvel Universe, is known for his incredible regenerative healing factor, adamantium-laced skeleton, and retractable claws. His healing factor allows him to recover from virtually any injury, including severe burns, slashes, and even regenerating lost limbs. This resilience has led to speculation about whether he could survive a nuclear explosion.
In the comic books, Wolverine has been depicted as surviving incidents that would be fatal to most characters. However, a nuclear bomb is an extreme scenario with a massive release of energy that causes both immediate destruction and long-term radiation effects. While Wolverine's healing factor could potentially allow him to recover from the physical trauma of the blast, the radiation might pose a more significant challenge. His healing factor is not specifically designed to counteract radiation poisoning, which could lead to severe illness or death.
Additionally, the immediate effects of a nuclear explosion, such as the blast wave and heat, could be so intense that even Wolverine's adamantium skeleton might not be able to withstand the force. The sheer magnitude of the explosion could potentially vaporize or incinerate him before his healing factor could come into play.
In conclusion, while Wolverine's abilities are extraordinary and his healing factor is one of the most potent in the Marvel Universe, surviving a nuclear bomb would be an incredibly difficult, if not impossible, feat for him. The combination of physical destruction and radiation exposure would likely be too much for even his regenerative powers to overcome.

According to the Marvel wiki on adamantium , A sufficient amount is capable of surviving multiple nuclear explosions with no damage. And an answer on another question here says that Wolverine can regenerate with only his skeleton left (the other, IIUC, says he doesn't even need his whole skeleton).
