Hello, I'm an expert in comic book lore and superhero trivia. Let's dive into the question at hand.
In the DC Comics universe, Doomsday is a character known for his immense strength, durability, and ability to adapt to and resist various forms of attacks. He was famously the creature that killed Superman in the storyline "The Death of Superman." However, Kryptonite is a mineral from Superman's home planet, Krypton, and it is known to weaken and harm Superman due to his vulnerability to it.
Now, when it comes to whether Doomsday is weak to Kryptonite, the answer is a bit more complex. Doomsday is not a Kryptonian, and therefore, he does not share Superman's vulnerability to Kryptonite. However, in some storylines, Doomsday has been shown to be affected by Kryptonite due to its radiation, which can cause him to become unstable or even temporarily weakened. This is not a consistent rule, and it can vary depending on the writer and the specific story being told.
So, to summarize, while Doomsday is not inherently weak to Kryptonite in the same way that Superman is, there are instances where Kryptonite has been used to his detriment.

In short, Doomsday, is a lab experiment and has died countless numbers of times. I don't think he in vulnerable to kryptonite. Even if he was and died by the spear like in Batman v Superman he would come back and be immune to it. You can't kill him the same way twice.
