When the salmon is as cold as the rest of the salad ingredients, I don't enjoy it as much. But a little bit warm, it enhances the dressing, slightly wilts the greens (in a good way), and adds to the temperature/texture experience. I don't think I'd serve the chicken hot, though.Dec 2, 2012
