Nope. Pakistanis are not taught Hindi in school and most of them can't read Hindi. I have had Pakistani friends who have picked up Hindi from Indian TV shows and cinema, (Because of its similarity with Urdu and the past India connection, it is easier to pick up) but they can not read or write it.
