At the Southern Island, which you can reach again using the Eon Ticket, you can encounter and catch Latias in Pok��mon Omega Ruby, or Latios in Pok��mon Alpha Sapphire. In Pok��mon Omega Ruby and Pok��mon Alpha Sapphire, you'll be able to obtain Latios and Latias respectively during the regular story, too.
