The atmosphere is about 0.000055% Hydrogen by volume. So it's not really economically feasible to extract Hydrogen from the atmosphere. Why would you want to do that when we have water all around us from which we can easily extract hydrogen? There's MORE water vapor in air than there is hydrogen!
